1 p.m. - Artist Talk with Scott Pitt at Holler: Contemporary Appalachian Art Gallery, Princeton

2 - 5 p.m. - Not Your Granny's Square: Granny Squares for Modern Crochet Part 1 at Bluefield Yarn Company

4 p.m. - All Together, Create! - a social art jam gathering at Gary Bowling’s House of Art, Bluefield

      -Our arts scene will be stronger if more of us connect, collaborate, and get to know each other! Let’s all meet for a laid back, fun time making art, playing music and having a great time in the super art FUN HOUSE that is GBHOA!

6 p.m. - Live Music at Sophisticated Hound Brewing Co., Princeton

7 p.m. - Spring Fling Paint Class at The Bronze Look, Princeton 

7 p.m. - Bluefield Youth Theater presents The Lion King at Bluefield College

9 p.m. - Live Music @ The Railyard, Bluefield

9:30 p.m. - Live Music @ Sam’s Bar, Princeton

5:35 p.m. - Bluefield Arts Center Paine Gallery, 500 Bland St.

(Opening of the Appalachian Art Association exhibit)

6:00 p.m. -  Gary Bowling's House of Art, 300 Ramsey St.

6:40 p.m. - Bluefield College Gallery (featuring Blacksburg artist Marie Collier's "Painter's Journey")

7:30 p.m. - Bramwell Corner Shop for ice cream & treats!

9 p.m. -  Drop Off at The RailYard for Wine & Roses jazz night!

 

Friday, May 3

5:10 p.m. - Chuck Mathena Center Rotunda Gallery

5:35 p.m. - Arthur Butcher Gallery in the Alexander Fine Arts Center at Concord University

6:00 - Mountain Artworks Studio

6:40 p.m. - Gallery of Wanda Murphy

7:00 p.m. - The Gaia Den and The Bronze Look, LLC in Mercer Street Historic District

7:20 p.m. - Arrive in the Mercer Street Grassroots District

Explore Associated Photography, The RiffRaff Art Boutique, Holler: Contemporary Appalachian Art Gallery, Let Your Art Shine, The Hatter's Bookshop, Bucha Brewhouse & Bistro, Social Haus Baking, Diamonds & Gold Look and Appalachian Coffee House. (Trolley will park in front of the venues)
